Parts-first people
We work with Continental Mixers, E-Z Pack, and Dynamic programs every day—and our focus is the parts business: stock, supersession, freight, and straight answers for shops and fleet managers running mixer, refuse, and towing equipment.
Whether you need a genuine Continental or E-Z Pack line item, a cross for another badge, or help building an order under pressure, you are working with a team that measures success in uptime and your trust the next time the line rings.

National Service Manager
Shane leads the service team with locations in Florida, Kentucky, Ohio, North Carolina, Texas, and Virginia—handling warranty, tech support, and service repairs.
Away from work, he enjoys time with family at the lake, riding dirt bikes, ATVs, and SXS, and rock climbing in his Jeep.
Corey Hensley
Inside Sales Manager
Corey’s focus is getting the right part to the customer on time—whether coordinating with a vendor or helping the order through the manufacturing process, with step-by-step help until the part is in your hands.
In his free time: recreational league sports, movies, and local restaurants with his wife and daughter.
Andy Tieu
Inside Sales Representative
Background in sales and hospitality supports clear, swift communication to deliver the parts and service you need for strong customer relationships.
He enjoys listening to and performing music from his favorite bands.
Dempsy Smith
Regional Sales Representative — KY / OH / PA / TN / MI
Dempsy manages day-to-day customer needs across refuse equipment and concrete mixer operations so replacement part requirements are accurately supported and fulfilled.
When the sun’s out, you can find him on the pickleball court with his kids.

Regional Sales Representative — OH / IN / IL / MO / NY

Day-to-day: talking with customers, taking parts orders, and making sure the correct parts arrive in a timely manner.
He enjoys showing livestock with his family and hunting with his boys.
Tori Mooneyham
Branch Manager
Tori runs daily operations of the North Carolina branch and works with customers so they receive the parts, service, and support they need.
She volunteers with a local fire department; off hours with her husband, dog, and family.
